Hey guys. Today this is little different. Toda y I am up at 4:00 am and today my mom is making her special: MACARONI AND CHEESE! To make her famous macaroni and cheese: he ingredients are:
- 1 pound of velvita cheese
- Use four packs of Kraft Tripe Cheddar Cheese. That includes: ( Finley shredded Vermont white cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and mild cheddar cheese
- 1 packs of sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 packs of Mozzarella shredded cheese
Tip: For cheese and macaroni, use Kraft
- 1 pound of Philadelphia original cream cheese
Directions:
- Heat water in pan
- Heat the water unti it is hot
- Put oil in pan ( so the macaroni do not stick to the pan )
- Fill water halfway to top ( to fill macaroni at top)
Tip: Use elbow macaroni
- Put 1/2 teaspoon of salt in the pan
- Put two pounds of macaroni in pan
- Stir the macaroni occasionally
- Drain the water off of the macaroni ( Don’t run cold water over the macaroni)
- Put 2 sticks pf butter in the pan with the macaroni then stir
- Also let the butter melt
- Put a pound of cream cheese in the pan then stir
- Use ground mustard
- Sprinkle a little of black pepper in the macaroni then stir it around
- Use an oven rack roaster pan ( I suggest handle so it is easy to transport to places)
- Span pan with Pam with flour
- Take velvita, put a layer at the bottom of the pan
- Put Kraft Tripe Cheddar Cheese of the pan
- Put a little thin layer of mozzarella cheese
- Play a layer of macaroni on top of the cheese
- Repeat the layers
- Use 2 cups of milk and mix 3 eggs and table spoon of sugar over the macaroni and cheese.
- Lastly, you are going with a layer of cheese on the top
- Preheat the oven 360 F
- Bake macaroni until melt
- Take the foil off and finish cooking until the cheese is a little brown at the top
